Yes: Urine has a characteristic odor familiar to us all, so if it smells bad either you have eaten something, asparagus is notorious for instance, or it is possible you have an infection. Another thing to consider if you have an itch is the possibility of a vaginal infection. So I would go and see your doctor, get an exam, a urine test and some advice.
