In the DSM-V, PCS is: "neurocognitive disorder due to traumatic brain injury”. One symptom is reduced tolerance to stress. Notice if you tighten your jaw when stressed. See your dentist; if you're clenching your teeth during sleep, night-guards may help. Seek referral to a psychiatrist, since depression is common. Also, obtain a neuropsychological evaluation, as you may benefit from accomodations for school or work.
