You could: Blood test is more sensitive and a negative result at this stage would rule out pregnancy. You may wait 3-4 days and repeat the home test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully.

No: 3 days late or early is not unusual especially if you are under stress or anxiety. If everything is normal and you feel healthy there is no need for unnecessary tests
