Sensation of heart bulging through ribs when lying on left side. is this normal?pls help.

Check BP: You are likely being overly sensitive to your own body, but to be sure check your BP in a sitting position a few times when you are relaxed and calm, just to be sure. Best if you have someone else like a doctor or nurse check it

Sensation: There are lots of things which can contribute to a sensation such as you describe. Without seeing you and knowing more information about you, can't comment about your sensation. You mention a heart stent, this would be unusual for a 23y/o so more information would be useful
