See your doc: Sounds like a supra infection in top of lingering symptoms from a previous one. Best will be to check your temperature, acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever and/or pain, hot tea for hydration and a sick visit with your doc in am. If no doc or unable to see you tomorrow, Urgent Care is your best choice.
