Period started normally yesterday, now spotting with severe cramps. usually lasts 1.5 days so this is abnormal. just had uti, still on antibiotics ?

Abn period: May be variation of period and possible that antibiotics did effect the cycling. May also be developing vaginitis, yeast infection from antibiotics and would still consider blood HCG in a few days( may be too early to be positive). F/U with doctor /urgent care.
