Unlikely: It is not uncommon for infections and/ or their treatment to affect menses leading to the light spitting you encountered, or other changes. I can't determine what your risk of unintended pregnancy is because you did not state if you had unprotected sex since last period. Urine pregnancy not reliable if had unprotected sex less than two weeks ago. Consider repeating preg test if u miss ur period.
