PCOS: You could have a problem called poly cystic ovarian syndrome which means you don't ovulate regularly. You should have some blood work done by your doctor. If u go prolonged periods without your period you can get cancer in your uterus in the future. There are also some medications you can take to help you get pregnant faster.

Irregular cycles: See your gyn doc to determine why you don't ovulate. If you are obese, lose weight. You may have polycystic ovaries.
