PCOS: You could have a problem called poly cystic ovarian syndrome which means you don't ovulate regularly. You should have some blood work done by your doctor. If u go prolonged periods without your period you can get cancer in your uterus in the future. There are also some medications you can take to help you get pregnant faster.
