Looks like) water blister on my upper outer lip. (mouth) painless, feels tight. had 1 before n went away after a day. not a coldsore. what is it?

Lip blister: It's really hard to diagnose without seeing it. As long as it isn't painful, and it has happened previously without scarring, give it a day or two. Ideally, you should have it looked at for a definitive diagnosis.
