Fluids on kidney: if there is enlarged kidneys( hydro nephrosis), we usually do ultrasound after birth and vcug( voiding cystourothrogram) to make sure there is no blockage or reflux in the kidney. Depending on the finding, we usually decide to do antibiotics or not
