You need screening for endometrial cancer, an in office procedure, take some ibuprofin first. It is indicated but low probability. Need to be screened for anemia? The exhaustion may be due to anemia, stress of all the bleeding and cramping or poor sleep, a low dose ocp may help, or even surgical option.
