A member asked:

If i am bleeding internally would i throw it up or would i pass it in,a bowel or urine,? or can i have bleeding and,not know?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends...: Internal bleeding can come from many things: trauma (as in auto accident or injury), rupture of tubal pregnancy, etc. Usually, significant internal bleeding will cause the bowel to "shut down." Nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, abdominal bloating and tenderness would be common symptoms. It is possible to have a small amount of bleeding and NOT know it. Check with your doctor. LGromko MD
