Need urine check: Blood in urine comes from the urinary tract starting from urethra , bladder, ureter, and the kidney . Your back and abdominal pain indicate that blood may be coming from kidney . The pain from the ureter is mainly from stone and the severe pain associated with it is very characteristic . Conditions known as glomerulonephritis should be of concern. Please see your doc and get checked.
