Yes : SSRI medications such as Lexapro (escitalopram) can cause irritability in the few weeks of starting .. I would how ever continue taking it as this likely is a transient effect .. If it persists please refer to PCP for re-evaluation had possibly switching to another agent . They typically don't cause snoring ...
