Chest wall pain: This sort of pain suggests issues with the cervical spine (cervical myopathy due to nerve impingement) or a shoulder injury. Assessment of this should involve imaging modalities.

Probably muscle: Looks like when you. Stretch your upper body muscles you have chest pain. Most probably muscle strain or pain. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen might help. If not see your doctor.
