Is there any cases for seizure disorder (epilepsy) only happened when have a fever?

Yes: Febrile seizures happen when the temperature is rising, usually only one per febrile episode and lasting less than 15 minutes. If there are multiple seizures during a febrile illness or they last longer then the child may have a seizure disorder requiring treatment.
