Hard One To Swallow: Something's going on with the nerves. The taste nerve comes from the ear area and the sensory nerve from another area kind of near there. The reason is difficult to guess but you should get it checked out sooner than later. Be really careful when you eat. Don't eat anything that crumbles too much, like popcorn or crackers. Be careful swallowing liquids. You'll probably need to see a neurologist.
