I am not scare but..: Usually intermittent complaints and very unspecific like yours means is not a very scary disease. I mean, most of the scary diagnosis once they start with symptoms they don't periods of spontaneous resolution. Still I could be wrong, you should make sure a PCP evaluates this complaints first to make sure no further studies are needed or referrals.

2 main possible cau-: ses:- 1: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, on both sides, or Ulnar nerve getting pinched at elbows; 2: Referred pain from your Neck/spine where the possible disk lesion might be causing this. Other causes could be at play. U need to see an Orthopod for proper Diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile use a Wrist brace and wear them most of the time, to see whether your numbness/tingling improves. Good Luck.
