Strain: This is an indication of muscle strain, you are either not sleeping well or you need your vision checked.

Will go away: This sounds like myokymia (eyelid twitching), this typically resolves on its own. It can be brought on by stress, anxiety, dry eye, caffeine and alcohol. Try artificial tears, warm compresses and it should go away when you stop thinking about it. Very rarely, if it does not go away it can be treated with botox. See your eye doctor if it persists.
