Go to ER now !!: Green is a very unusual color for any skin area to be, especially in a localized area. Listeria is a serious infection that can turn secretions green, but on the skin surface you need a skin expert to sort this out. It's possible this is a cutaneous fistula to the small intestine, but the location too superior to allow for this unless there is more serious abnl anatomy deeper, go to the ER now!!
