A member asked:

Hi, my daughter (who is 11) has small skin-coloured bumps on her areola, is it normal that there are bumps on her areola?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Areaola Glands: Glands of Montgomery are present on the areola, and become more prominent during puberty. These are perfectly normal structures, and should not be of health concern.
