What does it mean when you get dizzy alot.? checked with the doctors and everything was fine with me but it keeps happening please help

Dizziness: Could be dehydration, keep hydrated, drink 2-3 L/day water /gatorade so don't dilute sodium, low blood pressure, sinusitis, infection w/ mycoplasma, lyme,herpes, thyroid, DM, meds, caffeine, cardiac(consider echo, check for mitral valve prolapse or other structural abnormality),check sed rate for autoimmune disease and rarely need MRI to check for MS/CNS pathology. F/ U w/ doc/urgent care

Poor shape: poor conditioning may cause this. Regular walking exercise and hydration may help.
