Low BP: Extreme heat exposure causes the blood pressure to drop and if it drops too low(under 100) it may produce severe lightheadedness. The nausea can be a reflex to the drop in bp. However, if you get severe dizziness on other occasions, then your md should examine you for anemia, slow heart rate, etc.

Dizzy: The cause of this episode needs to be determined and seeing your doctor for a check up is a good idea. Are you living a healthy lifestyle, and not using alcohol or recreational drugs? Are your menstrual periods normal or could you be pregnant? Do you have any ear problem or recent infection, as ear problems can cause dizziness such as you described.
