Nose: This is most likely your nose. The eustachian tube connects your middle ear and your nose. When your nose is stuffy or swollen inside, this can block the opening of the eustachian tube and make your ear feel full or plugged even when it looks normal. This swelling in the nose is usually caused by allergies or infection.
