Post nasal drip: It is hard to say without a proper physical exam but it sounds like you may have post-nasal drip. Basically, this is caused by a chronic stuffy nose which causes fluid to build up in your throat. Sometimes antihistamine medicines such as claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec help.
