Possibly: UTI could cause nausea but there are other causes. You can have urinary infection without pain also. Since the diagnosis can be made very easily by a urine test, I suggest you go to your local doctor and get one. Suppose it is negative? Now we need to look into other cause of your nausea. Are you pregnant?
