See your eye doctor: you are suppose to wear dark glasses after cataract surgery until doctor say no more My advice see your eye surgeon and discuss it with him

Drops, glasses, IOL: Starbursts after cataract surgery is not uncommon (due to: pupil size, retinal/capsule/implant issues, light iris); if not due to any of above, suglasses may help; some surgeons use temporary drops (ie, pilocarpine, alphagan) to constrict pupil as eye/brain adjust to new images. Rarely implant needs to be exchanged. More info: eyedoc2020@blogspot.com
