Ligament ?: This complaint is very difficult to diagnose without a good exam and possibly some X-rats and an MRI scan if a severe knee joint problem. I suggest yourfind a good sports med doctor or Orthopedic doc to look at this for more answers about the ligaments or your knee joint- I can't tell for sure here just by history
