Did some cleaning for 2 hours, didn't overdo it. next morning had bruising on forearms and felt weaker. what would cause this? getting annoyed

Not normal.: Muscle stiffness & soreness are common after physical activity but bruising & weakness are NOT. This could be something trivial and self-limiting, but it could be something more serious. I recommend you see your doctor right away. Meanwhile, don't take OTC's in the aspirin family and avoid excess exertion and any activity which could be dangerous for someone with weak muscles.

A complete blood count is a place to start. fish oil, aspirin, and supplements can increase the chance of bruising Thyroid disorders can also present this way See your family Doctor to schedule an evaluation
