ADD: It could be or it could be depression or a learning disorder. You need to be evaluated and tested by a Psychologist(pHD) or a Psychiatrist (MD) a diagnosis made and then treatment from there.

Possibly: ? 20's male difficulty concentrating w. concern for ADHD. Psychiatrist would be best person to diagnose. If this is disorder, then medications can be provided from the amphetamine pharmacologic repertory. These often have side effects. I have encountered dozens of males with this disorder who regale benefits of medicinal cannabis for focusing attention, enabling more effective ADL execution.
