GET SEEN, please: Severe abdomen pain, bloating , and vomiting are serious signs of bowel obstruction due to various possible causes: acute appendicitis (& rupture), volvulus (bowel twist) and other diagnoses. So it is time to get seen. She may need a cat scan (abdomen ct scan) and an I.V. For fluid hydration. She may need to produce a urine sample to wait to go @ er. Hope she is better soon!
