Probably nothing: There is no contraindication for the use of xanax (alprazolam) (a benzodiazapine anti-anxiety agent along with Mirtazapine an antidepressant! OBVIOUSLY this must be ordered by an experienced mental health Professional! Hope this helps Dr Z
