Reflux and gastritis: Narcotics slow gastric emptying and can make reflux worse. There are meds your doc can prescribe to treat the reflux. Another issue is treating the sciatica without narcotics, this can be done with physical therapy and epidural steroids. You really need to speak your doctor regarding your problem.

Take to your doctor : About your gastritis, it needs to be treated before it gets worse. Taking norcos (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) for sciatica is not advised. And taking anti-inflammatory medications for sciatica, may be contraindicated due to your gastritis, discuss with your primary care doctor, and see a spinal specialist of other treatment options.

Try Pepcid (famotidine): Or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If these don't work as your doctor to try other pain meds instead.
