Not Benign Rx: Oral Prednisone, and steroids in general, have lots of side effects, both short-term and long-term, so it is highly unlikely that you can get a competent physician to prescribe them over the internet or phone without already understanding your medical history thoroughly and examining you "in the flesh". You need to see a physician "in person" for evaluation and treatment.
