PRP?: As far as I know PRP stands for Platlet Rich Plasma.Even though PRP got lot of publicity, but as far as I know it's use is mainly in Orthopedic in healing of Tendon Injuries,Osteoarthritis naturally. It will not help in facial fat loss.Consult a cosmetic Dermatologist.Fat can be taken out out from one part of your body and injected where there is fat loss and it is not risky as it is your own fat

PRP itself: will not bring about much filling volume. One option is to use fibrinogenic fillers made out of PPP (platelet poor plasma). PPP when treated appropriately can be a great natural filler. I perform this procedure in Miami, Florida. One drawback is that fibrinogenic fillers from PPP do not last as long as fat transfer, they tend to last from 3-5 months.
