Sinusitis/bronchitis: Recurrent or prolonged(greater than 1 week) sinus drip/congestion can mean sinus infection that often progresses to chest(bronchitis); can result in more serious pneumonia. Antibiotics often indicated. Can be allergy related(caused) too. ENT or MD can determine for sure. Get better fast!
