What if i am pregnant and it don't show on the blood test and i get the implanon? will the blood test show it or could it be too early

Could be too early: the first 6 days after conception, your pregnancy test would be negative. That's why you should generally start new birth control like Implanon during the first 7 days of your cycle. At that time, the period shows you are not pregnant and ovulation should still be a few days away.
