Depends: Heavy bleeding, like a period, is worrisome but might still be okay. Light bleeding/spotting is t-o-t-a-l-l-y to be expected and is not to worry.Recommend strongly you call your doctor about this; of you don't have one yet it's a good time to get one. Good wishes.

Not likely: Heavy bleeding during pregnancy needs to be checked immediately . Go to the emergency room and call your gynecologist.
