Yes: I recommend a good multivitamin such as Centrum or equivalent and fish oil to all of my patients at any age. All of us start losing some of our memory as we get older. There are tests your doctor can do to help evaluate the degree of memory loss and some medications which can slow the progression of memory loss if clinically indicated
