Keep hearing about myocarditis, how common is it? do i have to be worried when i get an infection? scared of sudden death

Myocarditis is an infrequent cause of sudden death, even in people with various illnesses with fever. By far the most common cause of early death is trauma: accident, violence, etc. So try not to worry about your heart -- and don't forget your seat belt!
