Something more than: Your physicians needs to clarify these two and see if they are connected. It may or may not be HSP. The Raynaud's you have suggests a cold component and this may be more than HSP. Your physician can have you see a rheumatologist to clarify the findings. You vasculitis diagnoses needs to be expanded. The cough could suggest pulmonary involvement and this is more than HSP - pul vasculitis
