It may have: Your physicians needs to clarify these two and the Ryanaud's and see if they are connected. It may or may not be HSP. The Raynaud's suggests a cold component and the lung symptoms and this may be more than HSP, such as pulmonary vasculitis Your physician can have you see a rheumatologist and pulmonologist to clarify the findings. You vasculitis diagnoses needs to be expanded.
