Airflow obstruction: Airflow obstruction likely asthma with inflammatory airway disease. If smoking symptoms may be more severe. Evaluation would include history.Exam, chest x-ray and possible pfts. Therapy may include inhaled bronchodilatorrs, inhaled and oral steroids , and Codeine based cough mupression.
