Average: It's a matter of averages. Your arteries "see" the average of your blood pressure. Remember, the diagnosis of "high blood pressure" is based methodologically on measurement at complete rest for 10 minutes - that is, your lowest blood pressures. It's healthy to exercise daily, and exercise raises BP, but it's still healthy! Don't confuse an elevated measurement with the disease.
