Pain: It's definitely not your gallbladder. There is something known as primary common bile duct stones, which can form in the tube connecting the liver and intestine. Also, could be an ulcer, inflammation if the pancreas, or even a muscle spasm. Best to see your primary care provider to check it out. May need some blood tests &/or imaging. Hope this helps!
