What causes anterior t wave abnormality non specific plz reply massive panic attack?

No worries: If this is about you, then non-specific is the key word to describe the abnormalities. The textbook EKG is the typical, but all of us can have our own distinctive quirks on our EKG without it meaning anything worrisome. In a 24 year old person it is very doubtful that this is a problem.

NSTW abnormality: Hi, it means not classic or specific for conditions like ischemia, infarction, or pericarditis, therefore the Clinician needs to consider other things like the type of chest pain, medical history & risk factors for heart disease & family history to determine if the T wave changes are significant or not, I would assume in a 24 yo guy with no risk factor for heart disease, NSTW change is harmless.
