Sharp pains: It is always hard to know exactly. There are many structures involved. If you are breathing OK it is unlikely to be your lung. It may be related to the structures around your lung, ribs, muscles or vertebrae. Press on the area and if it is painful, the pain is likely from there. If it persists or remains confusing follow up with your doctor. All the best.
