Overwhelming: emotions can naturally occur and are part of the human condition.However,if you are repeatedly and uncontrollably overwhelmed,you must talk to a professional about this.They can help you understand what's going on with you.Crying frequently and redilly could be a symptom of depression,if this goes on for 2or more weeks.A psychologist or psychiatrist can help.Good luck

Anxiety: Anxiety and feelings of sadness can peak at night for some people. It is hard and one tends to feel alone during these times as most are asleep and it is dark. Try talking to someone about what is bothering you and you may find your mind can then shut off better at night and not wake you with negative thoughts.
