Sounds like early: Onset of dysthymic disorder or depression.Could also be mood fluctuations of early bipolar disorder. See you family doctor for physical exam and labs and a psychiatrist for diagnosis. See a psychotherist for therapy. Get good sleep, eat healthy foods, and get plenty of exercise. Supplement with yoga, acupuncture, spirituality, meditation, prayer, and practice your religion. Maintain healthy relationships as these are a great indicator of recovery from depression.
