Innocent murmurs: Innocent murmurs are just that, innocent. The fact that they've looked at the heart by echo and found nothing means…there is nothing to be concerned about. Murmurs are just turbulence…think of a quiet stream versus fast moving rapids - there is just more noise. The murmur may come and go over time…that's just their nature. Nothing to be at all concerned about.
